I saw Dr Stefan Luhne for a routine health check and was very impressed by how thorough he was. He and his team took the time to listen to my questions and explained both the examinations and the results clearly. At no point did I feel rushed. What I particularly appreciated was his attention to detail. He picked up on findings that hadnt been identified during a previous examination and then talked me through what they meant and what the next steps were. We spoke English throughout the consultation. Including when discussing my results and follow-up. Everything was clear and easy to understand. The team were also friendly and helpful, both before the appointment and afterwards. Particularly with follow-up information and helping to arrange referrals. Oberarzt Dr. Stefan Luhne hat auf mich einen sehr kompetenten und sympathischen Eindruck gemacht. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass er sich unter anderem mit Diabetes und hormonellen Erkrankungen bestens auskennt und sich die Zeit nimmt, alle Fragen verständlich zu beantworten. Ich habe mich rundum gut betreut und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch den Ordinationsmanager, der unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit ist und sich auch telefonisch stets bemüht, bei Fragen weiterzuhelfen.
